Glen Roberts is a registered professional and senior executive with over four decades of experience in leadership, business management, sales, marketing, and engineering. As founder of The Integrity Leadership Company (TILC) and its True North divisions, Glen integrates executive insight with a purpose-centered approach to leadership transformation.

With a background as a certified professional, Glen has signed and upheld rigorous standards of business ethics and professionalism throughout his career. He has spent two decades as an executive leader and has served as a vice president for 12 of those years. Glen has also been a dedicated board member on nonprofit and for-profit organizations, including his local church.

In addition to his business acumen, Glen is a seasoned coach who has led teams to national-level success and has served as a team captain in various sports. His leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in his faith, and he is committed to guiding others on their own True North journey—finding alignment between their purpose, their goals, and their calling.

A devoted husband and father of three, Glen has lived in Vancouver, Alberta, and Northern BC, and has traveled extensively worldwide for business, personal growth, and missions work. His vision for TILC and True North is to foster a culture of integrity, unity, and purpose in leadership and life
